All content, branding, software, logos, and materials associated with ITSWS Sales Assist are the intellectual property of ITSWS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and may not be copied, modified, or reused without written permission.
We aim to provide uninterrupted service; however, we do not guarantee continuous availability. The Company may update, modify, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance or improvements.
ITSWS Technologies Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for: Indirect or incidental damages, Data loss due to third-party issues and Service interruptions beyond reasonable control.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if users violate these Terms or misuse the Platform.
